Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak periods. You’ll help maintain a stocked, visually appealing store and engage customers in a fast-paced beauty environment, contributing to a welcoming experience for all.

The role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours weekly) with availability during Nights and Weekends, and compensation ranging CAD$17.00–CAD$20.00 per hour, plus potential

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand in promotions and events.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies and ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr.
