Job summary

Sephora Canada in Peterborough, ON is seeking Seasonal Associates to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will support store operations and onstage service during peak times, ensuring a welcoming, visually ready store where customers feel valued and inspired.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week in peak periods) and availability during nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
