Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced beauty environment. Seasonal roles offer opportunities to develop client service skills and teamwork, with scheduling that includes nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr.
