Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking Seasonal Associates in Alberta for flexible, hourly, part-time roles at Sephora Cross Iron, AB. You’ll deliver exceptional service, support store operations, and assist with visual merchandising during peak periods.

Ideal candidates have retail or client-focused experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Availability for nights and weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with visual merchandising – ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

• The compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr.
