Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. in Brantford, Ontario is seeking a Seasonal Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, and support store operations during peak periods.

You’ll help with omnichannel needs, process transactions at the register, stock the floor, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for families.

Our team values warmth, teamwork, and a proactive attitude; compensation starts at $17.60 per hour and includes flexible scheduling and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers promptly in a busy environment and balance multiple shoppers.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Promote current promotions and the brand loyalty program while maintaining store standards.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
