Responsibilities and Tasks

• Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements
• Design and integrate website-related code
• Determine hardware and software requirements for optimal server performance
• Develop website architecture
• Write, modify, and test website-related code
• Maintain existing programs by making necessary modifications
• Prepare mock-ups and storyboards
• Communicate technical issues, processes, and solutions
• Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation on software operation and maintenance
• Design website appearance, layout, and flow based on information sourcing and organization
• Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements
• Create and optimize website content using graphics, databases, animations, and software
• Develop logical and physical specifications
• Research and evaluate interactive media software products
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity development
