Job summary

PriceSmart Foods, a division of Pattison Food Group, is hiring a Seafood Clerk for our Lougheed location in Burnaby, BC. This part-time role (16-24 hours/week) includes customer service, cash register duties, and maintaining fresh, well-presented seafood displays.

Qualified applicants bring a passion for great food, a strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude. Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are considered assets. Benefits and education reimbursement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Display and ensure only freshest products are shown.

Responsibilities

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

Compensation Details

$18.25 - $21.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
