Job summary

PriceSmart Foods in Burnaby, BC is hiring a Seafood Clerk for the Lougheed location. Part-time, 16-24 hours per week, with Fridays pay. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and maintain fresh, well-stocked seafood displays while providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are passionate about quality food, with a strong work ethic and team spirit. Mandarin/Cantonese skills are a plus, and benefits and educational opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience is an asset.
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Going the extra mile for customers and team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
