Job summary

Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer Support Specialist to join the east coast training team.

You will work as an embedded employee at a customer location, providing technical support during SEACOT/SEAWOLF training events for the Royal Canadian Navy, including configuring equipment and resolving defects to keep trainings on track. You will collaborate with system administrators, CMS staff, and instructors.

Qualifications

Diploma from a recognized school or military/civilian technical or operational training with 3-5 years of professional experience.
Knowledge and experience with Trainers and CMS 330.
Experience with Military trainers and synthetic training solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with course scheduling, authoring training materials, and training conduct.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to obtain and hold NATO SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

Open, flash up, configure, shut down and secure SEACOT/SEAWOLF.
Ensure continuity of SEACOT/SEAWOLF training events by quickly identifying and resolving defects.
Support instructors with training integration.
Maintain knowledge of Trainers and CMS modules used in SEACOT/SEAWOLF.
Log and communicate simulation defects and areas for enhancement.
Perform regression testing on newly installed builds.
Assist Team Lead with usage reports and other duties.
Prepare for and conduct tours and demonstrations of SEACOT/SEAWOLF.
Be flexible to changing customer priorities and teamwork schedules.
