Job summary

Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. is seeking a motivated engineer to support the Halifax Class Combat System integration and in-service support program, based at CFB Stadacona in Halifax. You will contribute across the full system life cycle from requirement translation to test and deployment, under government security clearances.

The role emphasizes interoperability verification, data analysis, and reporting, with opportunities to work in a multi-disciplinary team and travel 2–4 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex requirements into documentation.
• Ability to obtain NATO Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 weeks per year.
• Experience with data analysis and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support interoperability verification of the Halifax Class Combat System.
• Participate in interoperability verification events.
• Analyze data and report post-verification results.
• Investigate issues from interoperability verification events.
• Ensure System Problem Reports are created.
• Contribute to System/Software change design and architecture.
