Job summary

Lockheed Martin Canada is seeking a proactive Naval Training SME to lead analysis, design, development, scheduling, integration, and delivery of training products for domestic and international programs. You will work with synthetic trainers for Combat System scopes and multi-domain training in simulated environments.

Role requires independent work at the customer site with LM processes, engaging with stakeholders, mentoring junior operators, and contributing to continuous training improvements

Qualifications

• Education and naval ops experience are required.
• Knowledge of training analysis, design, development, and evaluation.
• Ability to mentor junior Naval Operators.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical SME input for analysis, design, and delivery of training products.
• Support NTG training events and inter-program LM events.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver IT&E and CT events in simulated environments.
• Provide classroom and trainer support for junior NCM training.
• Support various simulator roles and training demonstrations.
• Report discrepancies and share lessons learned with LM teams.
• Maintain proactive relationships with customers and attend virtual meetings.
