Job summary

A global leader in fluid solutions is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator in Montreal, Canada. This role involves supporting chemical and consumer product regulatory compliance activities, with a focus on Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and hazardous goods regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–6 years of experience in regulatory compliance. Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in regulatory compliance or SDS authoring.
  • Hands-on experience authoring and updating SDSs.
  • Direct experience with DOT and TDG regulations.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements with supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Author and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in compliance with WHMIS 2015.
  • Update SDSs due to formulation changes or regulatory revisions.
  • Review and support chemical product labels for compliance.
  • Manage SDS lifecycle workflows and version control.
