Job Title: SD Camera Project – Analyst

The Business Analyst Level 2 delivers recommendations based on an analysis of business processes and user needs, enabling informed decision-making in support of the overall business strategy.
What you will be doing
- This role will support the ongoing delivery of project requirements, validating quality and assisting with the processing of drawings, reviewing requirements, and tracking and managing progress. Specifically:
- Ensure documents are complete, thorough, and provide the required information
- Manage documents: uploading to SharePoint, and ensuring timelines for document completion are met
- Review and process drawings against pre-established requirements
- Support analytics, reporting, and progression analysis
- Advise clients on department procedures for submitting and formulating requests in keeping with the company’s privacy and confidentiality directives to assist clients in meeting their obligations thereunder.
- Analyze data using statistical analysis software applications such as SAS.
- Apply mathematics and subjective knowledge to derive and interpret results.
- Prepare and present reports, tables, charts and graphics to clients on customer attitudes, research data, and related conclusions.
- Provide technical advice and expertise to clients regarding the interpretation of market studies and research.
- Conduct segmentation analysis to segment customers into various classes using the segmentation model and prepare detailed reports, charts, and graphs.
- Keep current with pertinent company privacy and confidentiality directives and obligations and professional data extraction techniques and methods.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, Management Information System (MIS), or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of the following areas:
- Data extraction
- Application database system concepts
- File and database structure
- Statistics and statistical modeling
- Report writing or data presentation tools such as Tableau
- Quantitative and qualitative methods
- Market segmentation
- Cluster analysis
- Regression models
- Intermediate skills in statistical modeling techniques using software tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R
- Advanced written, oral, and presentation communication skills
Salary/Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Term: 6-month contract; most likely to extend
