About the Job: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Release Management expertise to support a fast‑paced retail environment. This role will act as the Scrum Master for our retail client while also owning end‑to‑end release coordination across multiple projects and teams. The individual will ensure releases are well planned, controlled, and aligned with organizational release protocols, while maintaining clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 CAD per year
The final compensation offered will depend on local market conditions and geographic location, as well as job‑related factors such as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and education/training. Compensation may also include additional components such as benefits, and/or other incentives, where applicable.
