Job summary

Kelly seeks a Scrum Master II to lead 2-3 Agile teams in a large-scale enterprise transformation in Toronto. This hybrid role involves coaching teams on SAFe, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in a Scaled Agile environment.
• 5+ years working within software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe concepts.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and competing priorities in a large enterprise environment.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to join a large-scale transformation program focused on delivering strategic value creation initiatives. 2 days onsite per week, Toronto

The Opportunity

As a Scrum Master II, you will lead 2-3 Agile teams supporting a major enterprise value creation initiative. You will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, coaching teams and stakeholders on Scaled Agile principles, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across multiple delivery teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in a Scaled Agile environment
• 5+ years working within software development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) concepts
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and competing priorities in a large enterprise environment

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• SAFe Certification
• Experience with Kanban frameworks
• Systems Thinking or Design Thinking experience
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives
• Exposure to regulated industries or large corporate environments
• Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices
