Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) to join our team for an exciting Fulltime role with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in Canada. This is a REMOTE role.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and hands‑on understanding of the ServiceNow platform, supported by an active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. The ideal candidate will guide Agile teams, ensure delivery excellence, and support ServiceNow‑related initiatives by aligning processes, teams, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives across multiple cross‑functional teams.
  • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, improving delivery efficiency, predictability, and team collaboration.
  • Partner with Product Owners to help define, refine, and maintain a well‑prioritised Product Backlog.
  • Support ServiceNow teams in implementing and maintaining platform enhancements, workflows, and best practices.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies that impact sprint delivery.
  • Promote continuous improvement through metrics‑driven analysis (Velocity, Burndown, Team Capacity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with technical teams, ServiceNow administrators/developers, and stakeholders for smooth release cycles and integrations.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile processes, governance, and organisational best practices.
  • Leverage ServiceNow knowledge to support platform operations, configuration oversight, and minor administrative tasks when needed.
  • Drive a culture of transparency, accountability, and communication across business and technology teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
  • 8‑10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, modules, workflows, and system administration fundamentals.
  • Prior experience working with ServiceNow implementation or enhancement teams is highly preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, or ServiceNow Agile module.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coach teams towards high performance and self‑organisation.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
