Job summary

Jobtailor in Edmonton, Canada is seeking a skilled heavy equipment operator to maintain and operate equipment for screw pile installation. You will work on-site with John Deere and Link-Belt excavators, and you will read detailed plans while following OH&S standards.

Responsibilities include daily equipment maintenance, pre-job inspections, safe operation, loading and unloading materials, and traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Experience operating John Deere Excavators and Link-Belt Excavators with Helical/Screw Piling Drive heads.
• Experience operating a wheel loader, skid steer, and pipe grapple.
• Ability to read and communicate specifications from detailed plans and drawings.
• CSO Certification.
• Ground Disturbance Level 2.
• Must be physically able to lift 50lb.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Pre-employment alcohol and drug testing is a condition of employment.

Requirements
