Job summary

Scotiabank's ScotiaMcLeod Western Region needs a contract Regional Associate to provide proactive administrative support to the Regional Manager Administration, Regional Director, and branch network. You’ll handle scheduling, travel, meetings, materials, and expenses in a team-driven environment.

The role emphasizes client service, organizational excellence, and collaboration across offices with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.

  • Process regional expenses and manage branch/network administration tasks.
  • Manage office supplies and marketing requirements; support regional initiatives.
  • Act as liaison among branches, head office, and helpdesk.

PURPOSE:

To provide proactive support in the Management of the ScotiaMcLeod Western Region. The primary support relationship is with the Regional Manager Administration (MA), Regional Director (RD), and branch network.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

In the role you will:

  • Provide telephone support to the Regional Director and Regional Manager Administration.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Director and Regional Manager Administration (i.e. maintaining schedules, managing all travel arrangements, booking meetings and calls, interviews, etc.)
  • Prepare printed and digital materials for meetings.
  • Support all event coordination (i.e. Advisor conferences, branch meetings, regional calls, and regional conferences)
  • Prepare and process all regional expenses.
  • Responsible for all administration generated by the Branch Network and Regional Office.
  • Maintain office supplies, and marketing requirements.
  • Support various processes as assigned by the Regional Director and Regional Manager Administration.
  • Manage various processes, projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Support the branch management teams in ensuring a high level of success is achieved through effective operations and administrative efficiencies
  • Act as a liaison between branches, head office, and/or helpdesk to ensure efficient resolution to all issues
