Qualified candidate has a 3-year college diploma in computer technology, at least two years in IT support, a valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Three year community college diploma in computer technology field.
• Two years of experience in support and maintenance of computer equipment and networks.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cyclical Upgrade Program planning and execution.
• Provide hardware, software and network maintenance, installation and repair.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; document inventory and processes.
• Support staff with Microsoft 365 applications and cloud services.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
