Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent in business, operations, facilities, emergency management, risk management or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible operational experience, ideally in an educational or complex environment.
• Experience in project management, emergency/crisis response, vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements; training or certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school-wide operational services to support safe, efficient operations.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Oversee event planning, vendor contracts, insurance, rentals and security coordination.
