Responsibilities

• Display exceptional interpersonal skills and work closely with the school, parents, and students.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times and build trusting, caring relationships with students.
• Serve as a school-based team member and provide input into student programming.
• Collaborate with all staff members and participate in conferences related to students and planning.
• Carry out prescribed programs with students on a one-to-one basis and provide supervision as needed.
• Assist with student monitoring in all programmed areas and support students in meeting programming needs.
