Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.
• Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
• Two years of related experience is required to fulfill the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Responds to the needs of school personnel, students and families through specialized therapeutic, consultative, educational, and collaborative services in the area of communication disorders.
• Educates and trains to improve understanding of communication disorders and their impact on development.
• Participates in multidisciplinary team service delivery and supports programming.
• Performs administrative duties and carries out related duties as assigned.
• Provides clinical supervision to Communicative Disorders Assistant(s) as indicated.
