Job summary

CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services is seeking a School Based Behavior Consultant for the Oxford Area School District in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) for the 2026-2027 school year. Compensation is $55 per hour as an independent contractor (1099).

Primary responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing evidence-based behavioral supports, and monitoring student data to adjust programming as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA or a related program.
• Experience as Behavior Consultant preferred.
• Active Behavior Specialist License preferred.
• Clearances current within 12 months (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
• Develop positive behavioral supports using evidence-based interventions.
• Assess a student’s instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and adjust programming as needed.
• Develop tools and collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals with staff.

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a School Based Behavior Consultant in the Oxford Area School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pay - $55 per hour (independent contractor / 1099).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.


• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.


• Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.


• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.


• Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.


• Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.

Skills:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.


• Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.


• Extensive knowledge of data analysis.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.


• Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program


• Experience as Behavior Consultant- preferred


• Active Behavior Specialist License- preferred
