Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg is seeking a Scheduling & Resource Coordinator to streamline daily labour planning across divisions. You will coordinate appointments, communicate with customers, and keep Project Managers, technicians, and clients informed to keep work moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an exceptional communicator, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication with customers, Project Managers, and field teams.
  • Experience in scheduling, service coordination, restoration, or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily and forward-looking labour schedules across multiple divisions.
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, arrival times, delays, and schedule changes.
  • Help Project Managers, technicians, and customers stay informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate equipment, vehicles, and operational resources.
  • Monitor workforce capacity and identify constraints before they impact production.
  • Own and continuously improve scheduling information within WorkSkedge.
  • Support workforce planning, resource utilization, and operational reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and operational processes.

What You'll Do
