Position: Scheduling & Office Administrator

Location: Chilliwack, BC

Starting Compensation: $18.00–$22.00/hour

Schedule

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Sundays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays

Important Note: A reliable vehicle is required as this location is not served by public transportation.

At Just Like Family Home Care, we believe compassionate care begins with an empowered team. We are currently seeking a Scheduling & Office Administrator to join our Chilliwack office team. What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be caregiver scheduling to ensure consistent, timely care for our clients. You’ll work with the office team to maintain up-to-date schedules of both caregivers and clients, navigate last-minute changes (sick calls/time adjustments), and ensure smooth operations across the board. You'll be working with fellow colleagues and the office manager in a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain caregiver schedules using AxisCare
  • Prioritize scheduling needs
  • Assist office team to take client/caregiver calls
  • Coordinate with clients and fellow office staff to ensure optimal care coverage
  • Track tasks and follow-ups using platforms like Monday.com
  • Assist with general office duties and administrative support
  • Help with other tasks such as calling potential client leads & pre-screening applicants if needed.
