BroadGrain Commodities Inc. in Brinston, ON is seeking a Customer Service and Scale Clerk to support our plant operations.

The role covers front-office reception, inbound/outbound truck releases, grain grading, and paperwork for IP programs. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, strong proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook, and the ability to think quickly to meet changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Office reception and answers and directs calls in friendly and timely manner
• Conduct inbound and outbound computerized truck releases
• Grain grading
• Maintain paperwork for IP program
• Assist with HACCP/CPRIS programme and maintain files
• Making tags
• Shipping of samples to appropriate labs with appropriate paperwork
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends
• Direct traffic to loading bins and pits

We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Scale Clerkfor our Brinston location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for office reception and answers and directs calls in friendly and timely manner.
• Conducts inbound and outbound computerized truck releases
• Grain Grading
• Maintaining paperwork for IP program
• Assist with HACCP/CPRIS programme and maintain files
• Making tags
• Shipping of samples to appropriate labs with appropriate paperwork
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends
