Job summary

Denninger's Limited in Southern Ontario operates a Sausage Kitchen production role, with an early start at 5 am Monday to Friday. You will cut, trim and prepare standard meat cuts and assist with production while maintaining clean, compliant food safety standards.

This position reports to the Sausage Kitchen Supervisor and offers opportunities for growth, health benefits after six months, and a staff discount across locations. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling raw meat products (beef, pork, chicken).

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• Assist with preparation and production of all products in the Sausage Kitchen.
• Maintain a clean environment and follow food safety rules and regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Management.
