Job summary

Kibbi is seeking a Store Manager for our Saskatoon location to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will own overall store performance and coach a dynamic team on the sales floor.

You will recruit and train staff, manage payroll and scheduling, maintain merchandising standards, and stay ahead of retail trends. A hands-on leader who values people, service, and results will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Prev retail leadership experience at store level.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a sales-oriented team.
• Strong customer-service instincts and commercial mindset.
