The Student Advisor Support Specialist provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Student Development Manager and the Student Advisory Services team. This role is responsible for managing lead distribution, monitoring lead pipelines, tracking conversion rates, and supporting Student Advisors in achieving enrolment targets across the Calgary and Edmonton campuses. The position ensures effective oversight of prospective student leads, timely follow‑up processes, and accurate reporting of enrolment performance trends. The role works directly with the Student Development Manager to provide daily and weekly analysis of lead activity, advisor performance, and conversion outcomes.
The Student Advisor Support Specialist is responsible for strengthening Student Advisory Services operations through efficient lead assignment, proactive pipeline monitoring, detailed performance reporting, and advisor support to ensure enrolment targets are met and operational processes are optimised across campuses.
