Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst in Montreal/Kirkland to analyze business requirements, design and configure SAP solutions, and support cross-functional processes across the SAP landscape.

You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, project teams and partners to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and improve processes. The role requires SAP payroll experience in Canada/US and strong requirements gathering and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or SAP Consultant role.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP business processes.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Configure and support SAP applications, troubleshoot functional issues, and assess impacts of system changes.
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and post-go-live activities.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, workflows, and custom developments.
• Plan and execute testing, including test scripts and UAT, and coordinate testing with business users.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and integration specialists to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Support project planning, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

SAP Experience

Experience with one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:

• SAP Payroll — U.S. and/or Canada (at a minimum)
• SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central
• SAP Concur
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Integration Suite

SAP Payroll experience in Canada and/or the U.S. is required at a minimum..
