SAP Subscription Order Management Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM SOM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP SOM modules to meet billing and revenue management needs. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance, troubleshooting, and support during implementation and post-implementation phases.

Responsibilities:

1. Support gathering business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP BRIM SOM implementation.
2. Design and configure SAP SOM modules to achieve business goals.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and integration specialists, to ensure seamless integration with systems like Salesforce, Web, and Mobile Applications.
4. Conduct system testing and support QA and UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SOM configuration, data migration, and system integration.
6. Provide post-implementation support, including resolving production issues, tuning system performance, and assisting with upgrades.
7. Stay updated with SAP BRIM SOM updates, functionalities, and industry best practices.
8. Train end-users and create documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with SAP BRIM SOM implementation, with expertise in SAP Subscription Order Management.
2. Knowledge of SAP BRIM processes including master data setup, product modeling, order distribution infrastructure, and pricing for various scenarios.
3. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is an asset.
4. 2-5 years of proven experience in SAP BRIM SOM projects.
5. Proficiency in SAP BRIM configuration, customization, and system integration.
6. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, API testing platforms, Salesforce, and enterprise integration patterns is an asset.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with SAP Materials Management is a plus.
• Ability to debug SAP code and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Skills in creating presentation decks and process flow diagrams.
