Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end RTR/FICO solution delivery in the financial services domain

  • Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional/technical specs

  • Advise on SAP best practices and target architecture for Finance

  • Oversee documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer

  • Mentor team members; ensure quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment

  • Track trends/roadmaps to recommend improvements and innovations

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years SAP project delivery, ideally in financial services/insurance

  • 6+ years hands-on with SAP Finance (RTR/FICO)

  • Proven leadership on full lifecycle implementations/transformations

  • Strong grasp of finance processes, controls, compliance/regulatory needs

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

  • Experience producing project documentation, training, requirements, and using PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

Nice to Have
  • Integration experience with Treasury and Group Reporting

  • SAP certifications; MBA or advanced business degree
