Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking an experienced SAP Deployment Project Manager to lead the operational rollout of an SAP Supply Chain solution in an industrial setting. You will focus on preparing teams, processes and data for a successful go-live while aligning with the existing SAP model.

You'll collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance to connect stakeholders with local operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP deployment or rollout projects using an established enterprise solution.
• Strong experience within industrial and operational Supply Chain environments, including plants, warehouses or distribution.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and their implementation within SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP and WM/EWM, with APO/IBP experience considered an asset.
• Proficiency with project and deployment management tools for planning, action tracking and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder leadership with the ability to mobilize teams, manage competing priorities and remove blockers.
• Clear, pragmatic communication skills and a results-focused approach to high-stakes, deadline-driven environments.

• Youll coordinate master data readiness, including materials, BOMs, routings, suppliers, customers and MRP parameters.
• Youll lead cross-functional steering meetings and ensure owners complete required activities before, during and after go-live.
• Youll champion the established SAP model, guiding users toward the standard solution and appropriately managing change requests.
• Youll coordinate integrated testing and UAT, including test cases, key-user participation and issue tracking.
• Youll manage go-live readiness and hypercare, supporting operational teams and monitoring functional issues.
• Youll drive communication, training and adoption across planning, purchasing, logistics, production and customer service teams.
