  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools, templates, and centralized documentation repositories to support efficient program execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as development, configuration, security, testing, and system administration—to ensure seamless integration throughout the SAP lifecycle.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on internal ITS processes, identifying opportunities for process reuse and integration to enhance efficiency.
  • Support internal and external audits related to SAP program delivery and prepare executive-level presentations and reports for sponsors and governance bodies.
  • Promote the SAP program through internal communications and updates to the SAP TTC website to build awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee budget with regular assessments of financial performance against approved funding to ensure fiscal discipline.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of reporting standards and mechanisms that capture program risks, issues, and both qualitative and quantitative benefits.
  • Demonstrate behaviors that support diversity, inclusion, and a respectful work environment free from discrimination and harassment; help remove barriers and accommodate employees and customers in accordance with the TTC’s commitments under OHRC, AODA, and TTC policies.
  • Participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.
