Job summary

Cascades in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking an SAP Master Data Technician to create and maintain material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance across finished goods and interplant transfers. You will validate specifications, document changes, and support audits while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to keep production and invoicing running smoothly.

• Prioritize requests by service levels and timelines; support audits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Vendors, Operations, and CFS to resolve discrepancies and keep production/invoicing running smoothly.

• Base salary range for SAP Master Data Technician between $ 50,000 and $60,000 CAD annually based on experience

• Create and maintain material master data in SAP (finished goods, transfers between plants).
• Validate technical specs; process tooling orders/updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance; document changes in SAP and SharePoint.

• 2 years experience in data entry or administrative tasks
• Ability to analyze data and ensure that tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency
• Strong communicator and team player who works effectively with cross-functional departments
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring all items are accurately created, updated and documented
• College studies in Administration, Supply Chain, Data management or Information Technology (asset)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with SAP, Power Automate and Sharepoint (asset)
• Ability to follow a set methodology and handle repetitive tasks without compromising quality
• Experience in Supply chain or manufacturing environment (asset)
