Job summary

Pacer Group seeks an SAP IS-U Device Management Consultant for an onsite/hybrid contract in Calgary, Alberta. You will support Meter-to-Cash operations, billing and device management within SAP IS-U, and integration tasks.

The role covers resolving billing exceptions, IDoc processing, WRICEF objects, testing phases, and automation opportunities. Strong SAP IS-U skills and Power BI Embedded Analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP IS-U Billing and Device Management (DM) within Meter-to-Cash (M2C) operations.
• Hands-on experience resolving billing exceptions, incidents, defects, meter readings, and device installation/removal issues.
• Strong knowledge of IDEX, IDoc processing, and SAP IS-U integrations.
• Experience with SAP IS-U configuration, WRICEF objects, and functional specifications.
• Strong experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and end-to-end validation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric – Dataflows, Pipelines, Lakehouse, and Power BI Embedded Analytics.
• Ability to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and recurring billing issue resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP IS-U consulting for Billing and Device Management in M2C operations.
• Resolve billing exceptions, incidents, defects, meter readings, and device installation/removal issues.
• Configure SAP IS-U, WRICEF objects, and prepare functional specs.
• Perform unit, integration, UAT testing and end-to-end validation.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Embedded Analytics for analytics.
