High Cliff Partners Inc. is supporting an Ontario-based client seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Device Management and Service Order Functional Consultant to join their project immediately for a 12-month engagement with extension potential.

The ideal candidate has strong functional experience with IS-U device management processes (meter installation/removal/replacement/reading processing) and work management, including service notification creation and processing, plus external scheduling/dispatch

Qualifications

• Experience with IS-U device management and meter operations.
• Strong experience with service notifications and dispatch integrations.
• Meter inventory management experience (goods receipt, RMA).
• Experience integrating with outage management platforms (ADMS).
• Understanding of AMI processes, MDUS architecture, and MDMS integrations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISU device management processes including installation/removal/replacement/reading and exception handling.
• Create and process service notifications; integrate work management with external scheduling/dispatch systems.
• Oversee meter inventory management including goods receipt and RMA handling.
• Integrate systems with outage management platforms such as ADMS to support coordinated outage response.
• Support outage management processes including outage reporting and communication.
• Apply knowledge of AMI, MDUS, and external MDMS integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across device/work/outage systems.

Job description

Our Ontario based client is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Device Management and Service Order Functional Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 12 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have strong functional experience with I-SU device management processes, including meter installation, removal, replacement, reading processing, and exception handling. Should also have strong work management experience with service notification creation and processing, integration with external scheduling and dispatch systems, and meter inventory management processes such as goods receipt and RMA. Along with functional experience integrating with outage management systems such as ADMS, along with an understanding of outage management processes including outage reporting, estimated time to completion, and communication. Finally, they should understand AMI business processes, MDUS architecture, and integrations with external MDMS systems. This will be a fully remote work setting.
