Responsibilities:

1. Lead SAP solutions for the Schedule to Deliver (S2D) function
2. Collaborate with architects and analysts to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs and follow best practices
3. Ensure solution integrity through testing and quality assurance
4. Work with 3rd party providers and senior leaders to align business strategy with technology
5. Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders for solution alignment
6. Prioritize and manage SAP demand in the S2D space
7. Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution planning and execution

Qualifications:

1. 15+ years of experience in SAP functional design and delivery
2. 3+ years in a senior lead role
3. Degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field
4. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE
5. Proven track record of successful SAP implementations
6. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
7. Strategic and flexible approach to problem-solving
8. Willingness to mentor and collaborate with others
