Qualifications

Position: SAP Functional Analyst - Sales and Distribution
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 days on-site, Downtown Toronto)
Salary: $130,000 to $149,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to join a leading organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an SAP professional who is experienced in analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD solutions and enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

Your new role

As an SAP Functional Analyst, you will support SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support. You will work with business stakeholders to understand sales and distribution processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

You will also be responsible for SAP SD configuration across areas such as order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. The role will involve working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SD, other SAP modules, and external systems.

About the Role

SAP SD Solution Design and Business Process Improvement

You will analyze business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design solutions that align with business needs and SAP best practices. You will work across Order-to-Cash processes to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and process improvement. Experience integrating SAP SD with modules such as MM, FICO, and PP is important, as is experience with external integrations such as IDocs and middleware.

Testing, Support and Delivery

You will develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts and participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. You will also provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams to resolve integration and performance-related problems.

The role will also involve maintaining functional documentation, supporting implementations and enhancements, and staying current with SAP S/4HANA capabilities and SAP SD best practices.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of SAP SD experience, including implementation, configuration, and production support, with strong experience across Order-to-Cash, order management, pricing, billing, and shipping
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution and integration with MM, FICO, PP, and external systems
• Experience with Agile project or product methodologies

Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA Sales certification, CSCP or CLTD certification, and experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.
