Job summary

Patriot Advertising Sourcing Solutions in Calgary is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to support and optimize sales and distribution processes, with a strong focus on fuel and lubricant operations and seamless system integration.

You will design, configure, and deliver SAP SD solutions, write functional specifications, manage RICEFW deliverables, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality outcomes across retail and bulk sales channels.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP SD configuration experience including pricing, billing, credit management, and output determination.
• Experience with SAP integrations using IDocs, APIs, and middleware.
• Knowledge of fuel and lubricant sales processes including retail and bulk sales.
• Experience writing functional specifications (FS) and managing RICEFW deliverables.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Oil and Gas experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Develop detailed FS for technical development teams.
• Manage and coordinate RICEFW object development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support integrations between SAP SD and external systems using IDocs, APIs, and middleware.
• Perform unit testing and support end-to-end testing to ensure solution quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD system and process issues.
• Support fuel and lubricant sales processes including retail and bulk sales operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure solutions align with standards, compliance, and best practices.
