We are currently hiring for a SAP FICO Consultant for our SAP consulting client.

Role: SAP FICO Consultant

Rate: $90-110/hr CAD C2C

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months + multiple long term extensions

Software International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our client's team on a contract basis in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse team of professionals and contribute to the success of our clients by providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and maintenance of SAP FICO systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for SAP FICO solutions.
2. Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO modules according to client needs.
3. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning and identify and resolve any issues.
4. Train end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and provide ongoing support.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP FICO to continuously improve processes and systems.
6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
7. Provide regular progress updates and communicate any potential risks or issues to project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
3. Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
4. Experience with controlling areas.
5. Experience with Month-end Accounting.
6. Possesses good experience with Intercompany processes, reconciliation between AP/AR and Revenue Recognition.
7. Prior experience working with Treasury skills for banking.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and project assignments.
