Job summary

Pacer Group in Edmonton, Alberta seeks an experienced SAP FICO specialist to lead and support core finance processes in SAP S/4HANA Finance, New G/L, and Controlling. You will manage daily FICO tickets (G/L, AP, AR, AA) and resolve FI/CO integration issues with MM and SD to ensure accurate financial data.

The role requires 12+ years in SAP FICO, deep configuration expertise, and a strong SLA-driven mindset to deliver quality support and end-to-end business flow improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO and support engagements.
• Deep configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, New General Ledger, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Product Costing.
• Resolve daily FICO support tickets based on SLA priorities across G/L, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
• Support end-to-end business flows by resolving FI/CO-MM-SD integration issues such as GR/IR, revenue recognition, and billing.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO and support engagements. Exposure and hands-on BPC experience
• Deep configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, New General Ledger, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Product Costing.
• Resolve daily FICO support tickets based on SLA priorities. Handle level 2/3 incidents spanning General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO)
• Support complex end-to-end business flows by resolving integration issues between FI/CO and MM (e.g., GR/IR, inventory valuation) and SD (e.g., revenue recognition, billing, credit control)
