Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect in Montreal to lead a major S/4HANA Greenfield implementation for an Aerospace & Defense MRO environment. You will drive solution design, workshops, and align finance processes with SAP modules.

The role requires fluent English and French, strong integration experience with MM, SD, PP, PM/CS, CO-PA, and Product Costing, and the ability to coordinate global delivery and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP FICO and S/4HANA experience.
• Experience with MRO/defense industries or heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO solution design, blueprinting and implementation.
• Conduct functional workshops and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, PM/CS, and PS modules.
• Provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, and Product Costing.
• Support MRO, defense manufacturing, costing, project accounting, and billing processes.
• Drive fit-to-standard and SAP Best Practices adoption.
• Lead and mentor functional/technical teams and coordinate global delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAPFICO Architect to lead a major SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation for an Aerospace & Defense MRO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial solution architecture, process integration, functional workshops, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO solution design, blueprinting, and implementation.
• Conduct functional workshops and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, PM/CS, and PS.
• Provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, and Product Costing.
• Support MRO, defense manufacturing, costing, project accounting, and billing processes.
• Drive fit-to-standard and SAP Best Practices adoption.
• Lead and mentor functional/technical teams and coordinate global delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong SAP FICO and S/4HANA experience.
• 1 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
• Aerospace & Defense, MRO, or heavy manufacturing experience.
• Strong integration and SAP solution architecture experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Must be available to work 3 days onsite in Montreal.
