HCL Tech in Canada seeks an experienced SAP FICA consultant with BRFPlus and ABAP skills for a contract engagement. The role requires deep IS-U FICA expertise, with focus on financial contract accounting, billing integration, and customer financial processes, including strong SAP CRM, FI, and SD Billing integration.

You will participate in offshore-onsite AMS delivery, perform incident analysis, drive permanent fixes, and optimize background jobs while preparing functional specifications and

Qualificações

• 12+ years of SAP IS-U FICA experience with deep expertise in financial contract accounting, billing integration, and customer financial processes.
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations and AMS support engagements.
• Strong experience in FICA Configuration & Design.
• BRF+ hands-on experience.
• ABAP debugging experience preferred.
• Experience with offshore-onsite delivery models and AMS.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

• 12+ years of SAP IS-U FICA experience with deep specialization in with deep expertise in financial contract accounting, billing integration, and customer financial processes.
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations and AMS support engagements.
• Functional & Technical Expertise
• Strong experience in FICA Configuration & Design.
• Main/Sub Transactions, Payment Hierarchy, Clearing Rules
• Dunning, Security Deposits, Installment Plans, Tax Setup
• BRF+ Hands on experience.
• Integration with SAP CRM, FI, Device Management, SD Billing, Print Workbench
• Payment Plans (Budget Billing, AMB), Reconciliation Key Transfer, Direct Debit Setup
• ABAP debugging experience preferred.
• Incident analysis and resolution across billing and FICA modules.
• Identifying root causes and deploying permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Monitoring and optimization of background jobs and interface queues
• Handling of service requests, change tickets, and enhancement deployments.
• Skilled in preparing Functional Specifications and Business Design Documents
