Job description

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale data migration initiatives, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP ECC to S / 4HANA migrations.
• Hands-on expertise with DataIku for data transformation, pipeline management, and data enrichment.
• Proficiency with LSMW and SAP data structures (e.g., Material Master, Vendor / Customer, FI / CO, BOMs).
• Strong understanding of enterprise master data governance and data quality principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey updates to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional ERP transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Working knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool) and other modern data stack tools.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager.
• Exposure to enterprise data observability tools (e.g., Monte Carlo, Collibra).
• Awareness of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and SOX.
