The role focuses on analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining Crystal Reports solutions and migrating reports to SAP HANA with performance optimization. You will validate data, perform data reconciliation, and support UAT while collaborating with data teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports solutions for business reporting needs.
• Migrate Crystal Reports from Oracle databases to SAP HANA environments.

Job Description;

Role Descriptions: Analyze| design| develop| and maintain Crystal Reports solutions for business reporting needs. Review existing Crystal Reports developed on Oracle databases and migrate them to SAP HANA environments. Understand and interpret complex data models| relationships| schemas| and datasets. Redesign and optimize report queries for HANA performance standards. Perform report conversion| validation| reconciliation| and deployment activities. Execute end-to-end migration testing| including data validation and report comparison. Conduct performance testing and tuning of reports to ensure optimal execution times. Troubleshoot reporting issues| data discrepancies| and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with business stakeholders| data architects| and database teams to gather requirements and validate outputs. Develop migration documentation| technical specifications| and support materials. Ensure reporting consistency| accuracy| and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience
