Role Descriptions:

Analyze| design| develop| and maintain Crystal Reports solutions for business reporting needs. Review existing Crystal Reports developed on Oracle databases and migrate them to SAP HANA environments. Understand and interpret complex data models| relationships| schemas| and datasets. Redesign and optimize report queries for HANA performance standards. Perform report conversion| validation| reconciliation| and deployment activities. Execute end-to-end migration testing| including data validation and report comparison. Conduct performance testing and tuning of reports to ensure optimal execution times. Troubleshoot reporting issues| data discrepancies| and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with business stakeholders| data architects| and database teams to gather requirements and validate outputs. Develop migration documentation| technical specifications| and support materials. Ensure reporting consistency| accuracy| and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Crystal Reports development and maintenance. Solid understanding of Data Models| Data Sets| relational databases| and reporting architecture.
