Job summary

Maarut Inc seeks an experienced SAP analytics professional to lead data modeling, integration, and reporting across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere. You will design semantic layers, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions for enterprise-scale ERP programs.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP environments, strong leadership, and proven reporting capabilities with Power BI/SAC. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in business/system analysis and solution architecture of complex information systems.
• 7+ years SAP BASIS administration with strong technical skills.
• 7+ years SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and modules experience.
• 7+ years with databases like Sybase/ASE.
• 7+ years using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS).
• Experience in large ERP programs and the Public Sector.
• Experience with project management methodologies and leadership of teams.
• Ability to create written reports and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and solution architecture for complex ERP programs.
• Develop and support SAP S/4HANA analytics and embedded analytics solutions.
• Design data models, semantic layers, and enterprise reporting.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources via APIs and SAP tools.
• Deliver executive dashboards, KPI reports, and dashboards using Power BI and SAC.
• Mentor and manage project teams and stakeholders.

The Resource must have the following minimum qualifications or experience:

• A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
• 7 or more years experience in business analysis, system analysis and solution architecture of complex information systems.
• 7 or more years experience in SAP BASIS administration with strong technical skills.
• 7 or more years experience with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other SAP modules
• 7 or more years experience with other data bases such as Sybase/ASE.
• 7 or more years experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS).
• Experience working in large ERP programs
• Experience working in the Public Sector
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Experience in a leadership role responsible for directly managing other employees and team members.
• Experience creating written reports and status updates on program progress.

• 5 or more years of experience working with SAP Datasphere, including data modeling, data integration, semantic layers, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• 5 or more years of experience developing and supporting SAP Fiori analytical applications, KPI dashboards, analytical reports, and embedded analytics solutions.
• 5 or more years of experience developing SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics solutions using CDS Views, analytical queries, virtual data models, and Fiori-based reporting.
• 5 or more years of experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including analytics, reporting, integration, and extension services supporting SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• 5 or more years of experience working with SAP BW, BW/4HANA, or equivalent SAP data warehousing and reporting environments.
• 5 or more years of experience designing enterprise reporting data models, KPI frameworks, metrics, dimensions, hierarchies, and analytical solutions.
• 5 or more years of experience implementing and supporting reporting security, including SAP authorizations, CDS access controls, analytic privileges, and role-based access models.
• 5 or more years of experience optimizing the performance of SAP reporting and analytics solutions, including SAC, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, Datasphere, and Fiori applications.
• 5 or more years of experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources using APIs, OData services, SAP Integration Suite, and other enterprise data integration technologies.
• 5 or more years of experience performing data validation, reconciliation, testing, and quality assurance activities for analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions.
• Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions using SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, operational reports, and KPI reporting solutions within large public sector or enterprise organizations.
