The work:
• Help clients understand best practices to optimize SAP utilization
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches to avoid problems and meet client needs
• Lead, coach, and advise project staff, managing their performance as appropriate
• Provide clients with design options using prototypes
• Set up and test SAP systems; understand and apply SAP methodologies
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Use your business acumen to initiate transformation or improvement programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• This role is based in our Montreal ATC and requires on-site work 2-3 days a week.

Here's what you need:
• At least 3 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP Business Warehouse technical experience
• Minimum 3 years of project experience covering full implementation cycles or AMS/AD support
• Fluency in French and English
• English proficiency is essential for collaboration with our multi-national teams, where English is the common language. Due to the high volume of interactions in English, reorganizing activities to avoid this requirement is not feasible.

Bonus points if:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Extensive knowledge of SAP BW processes
• Experience with SAP BW on HANA Data modeling
• Familiarity with SAP front-end tools such as Bex Query Designer, BO WEB Intelligence, BO Crystal Reports, or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience with SAP BW Analytics Development
• Understanding of ABAP programming for BW (programming experience not required, but ABAP knowledge is)
• Ability to understand solutions, discuss business objectives, and configure tools accordingly
• Proven track record of delivering BW solutions end-to-end (Analysis, estimation, development, testing, UAT, implementation, support)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SLT, Power BI, and/or BO Data Services
• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere and/or Azure Databricks
