About the role
We’re looking for a Manager, Analytics AI to join our growing team and to build a new team of analysts!
The team will conduct analyses on offered AI products to uncover insights that will enable AI teams to improve user experience of these products, their business decisions, and assist with their growth plan. You will report to the Senior Director – Insights & Design System.
What you’ll do here:
Build, develop, and promote your team's expertise in data analysis for artificial intelligence products.
Work with the AI and Operations teams to translate business requirements for data collection into insights.
Support the team to deepen their curiosity by suggesting innovative avenues of analysis in order to improve the performance of products.
Be the spokesperson for performance of AI products with senior leaders through multiple forums.
Oversee the development of business requirements in data collection.
Ensure the support and management of data requests across the team.
Act as a mentor and be at the forefront of digital data analysis.
Plan roadmaps annually and help your team focus on activities with maximum impact.
Actively participate in Intact Lab product roadmap discussions by ensuring that data is at the heart of the decision.
What you bring to the table:
7 years of experience in data analysis in a user experience improvement context.
Minimum 5 years of experience in team management in a large organization.
5 years of presentation experience in front of senior management stakeholders.
Inclusive leadership and ability to make decisions quickly.
Expert facilitator and pragmatic in their approach.
Excellent communicator with ability to influence and find consensus.
Excellent at making connections and identifying what is important.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
F or candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
